PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Builders Emporium corner beads are an extensive range of PVC angles designed in Australia and manufactured to the highest of standards in China. The range is specifically crafted for the rendertrade to be used on brickwork, blockwork, Hebel, polystyrene and blue board rendered building systems. The products are made from high quality, high impact modified and UV stabilized PVC plastic. This plastic is made especially for Australian climatic extremes and is suitable for interior and exterior applications. It contains UV absorbers, and all other ingredients used are
recommended for applications involving exposure to sunlight.

CORNER BEAD APPLICATION:
Corner Beads should be fixed in accordance with the system or render manufacturer’s directions. Typically, this involves adhering the corner beads with the applicable quality render compound or cement-based adhesive, ensuring the cement-based adhesive fully covers the substrate and the corner bead to acquire complete adhesion. It is noteworthy that both inner and outer corner bead surfaces must be submerged in render to eliminate the possibility of anomalies in application.

WARRANTY:
Builders Emporium warrants its products to be free from material failure and manufacturing defects for 10 years. If a product fails to meet our standards, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it or provide an equivalent product. Builders Emporium is not responsible for application failures; it is essential to follow your system’s recommendations for proper installation and adhesion. As our products are only one part of a larger system, it is the contractor’s responsibility to adhere to all system guidelines.
